Booking Policy & Terms

1. Booking & Token Amount

  • Confirmation Deposit: A 25% advance token amount is required to secure the vehicle and driver for your specific dates.
  • Balance Payment: 50% of the remaining amount is payable upon arrival at the pickup point (e.g., Chandigarh Airport), and the final 25% is cleared before the final drop-off.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

  • 7+ Days Before Trip: 100% refund of the advance token amount.
  • 3 to 7 Days Before Trip: 50% refund of the advance token amount, or a free 100% credit reschedule valid for 12 months.
  • Less than 72 Hours: Advance token amount is non-refundable due to vehicle assignment and driver booking blocks.

3. Driver Allowance

  • A flat driver charge of ₹300 to ₹500 per day applies for overnight or outstation trips.

4. Exclusions

  • State Toll Taxes, Green Taxes (e.g. entering Manali), and Parking Fees are charged extra, at actual cost.

5. Night Driving Rules

  • For safety on winding hill roads, driving on steep high-altitude passes is restricted between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM, unless it is a national highway emergency or a pre-coordinated airport transfer.

6. Luggage Capacity

  • Sedans accommodate 2 large trolley bags.
  • 7-seater SUVs include secure, waterproof roof-top luggage carriers for bulky family baggage.

7. Hill Route Safety

  • All mountain vehicles come fitted with professional roof luggage carriers and are driven by verified, local hill-certified drivers.

8. Force Majeure

  • In the event of sudden landslides, heavy snowfall, or cloudbursts blocking roads, alternate routes or itinerary revisions will be coordinated transparently. Any extra kilometers run or overnight stays required will be billed at actual cost.
